It was beautiful Saturday morning where everyone is celebrating the festive of Chinese New Year. Here I am, spending my quality time at the beach with the rest of the my maternal family.
I have my interest in photography long time ago when i started my first job. Photography company. But i pursue my career on another path. Being a real professional librarian instead.
Back to my picnic, we had a wonderful time with all the children playing games of hopscotch, running with pingpong balls etc.. and while recording those activities, I saw Naema sitting down on the picnic chair while her dad was making sure she is safe at the right position. I couldn’t wait any longer and so i quickly changed the camera mode to potrait (using Iphone 8plus) and took a quick snap.

It was a good shot indeed. And I love that picture so much. Great year to start with!

The older we get, the smaller the world. How true is that?
It’s not easy being away from family and hometown. Being alone in another country all by myself, I need to have a very strong will. A strong will that can lead me to be an independent person and build my self confidence better. To learn and adapt to the different cultures of the states or countries I’m in.
To learn and move to a greater journey in life, we need to experience the worst if any. Never look back if it fails us. Search for alternative solutions that is beyond our knowledge. I’m sure there is always a way to overcome that obstacles.
The obstacles can be anything; relationship, work and daily lifestyles.
The life is yours.. so make the full best out of it!

Hmm… well i guess there’s a lot to share.
Some mentioned to me that they missed my food porning..well i have some to share.
Last month me and Ian went for cafe hopping.
We were looking for good dessert. We had a bad start of the day trying to figure out what to have for breakfast. Tosai Masala at Little India. That will be my last visit for the year. I have been going there for years but now it doesn’t give me the pleasure of sitting longer or coming back for another round.
So to release my tension, Ian decided to find a good dessert to “compliment” the breakfast🙄.
And we chose Arab Street.. i was imagining myself eating chendol ice cream while walking down Haji Lane. Hipster hangout!! I called that.
Well before that we did our #CarOke session.
Me and Ian had done this for years. We just don’t have time to post it. So let’s do something for 2018 for a start. Im looking forward to have a great and fun and blissful journey in my life starting this year.
So.. we headed to the shophouses along Arab Street. Julie Bake has already open for business so let’s go in check it out.
The cakes looks awesome. BUT! It’s costly. Be prepared to spent.
Next stop..the famous Teh Sarabat!!
Finally we found a nice cozy dessert place.
That’s a cozy bakery shop. But looking at those savoury, it gonna cost us a bomb and its too crowded anyway. (Ian trying to control our budget✌️). So we skipped and hopped to the next store.
It’s the #lickety (34 Bussorah St)So we got what we want. And walaaaa
They have great flavours to choose from. You should try them out!
We have a special visitor from Washington DC USA 🇺🇸who joined us for dessert.So that’s was our dessert time in Feb 2018.So do check out those shops and share with me on the comment below. I would love to try Konditori Artisan Bake (33 Busorrah St) when i have the budget. 😬😫

Heyyy… it’s been awhile since I’ve blogged. It’s always good to write or type. I tried vlogging and uses up a lot of my time editing those videos. Some didn’t even got through cos of music copyright. Something is wrong with Youtube.
Well, back to typing and writing my notes.
I do use Telegram App to share my quotes or views. And pathetically I only had 26 subscribers and my Youtube channel with 14 subscribers. Guess not many wants to watch or read it.
Anyway i have so much to share. My adventure trip my holiday trip and my life for the past 11 months.
